High Temperature Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer (HTS)

Netsushin has developed a new type of High Temperature platinum Resistance Thermometer (HTPRT), which model number is "HTS-21-1000" by the collaboration work with National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST).

10mK Stability at 1000ºC is realized !!
According to ITS-90 (International Temperature Scale 1990), the maximum temperature for PRT has been defined at 961.78ºC, which is the freezing point of Silver (Ag). Although the maximum temperature is defined, no manufacturer could produce the PRT for such high temperature. Netsushin has developed new PRT (HTS-21-1000) for high temperature and realized extremely better stability, which is ±0.01ºC(10mK) at 1000ºC.

Features of HTS-21-1000

  1. wide range of measuring temperature, 0 to 1000ºC
  2. realize 0.01ºC (10mK) stability at 1000ºC
  3. available to place HTS-21-1000 not only vertically but horizontally
  4. realize better accuracy with few calibration point.
  5. the longer use of HTS-21-1000 at high temperature, the fewer drift rate.
