The infrared heating system permits irradiation from different directions regardless
of an ultrahigh vacuum or atmospheric environment while maintaining a sample at
high temperature.
The following heating methods are available. It is also possible to keep a sample
at high temperature while irradiating it with X-rays, electron rays or neutrons.
