This is for (1) editing the range related values associated with diagrams to be constructed, and also for (2) selecting options for keeping variabls for next calculations. Furthremore, (3) Display Factor of Two Dimensional Diagram, and (4) Modify Scale of Three Dimensional Diagram will be described.

  1. Editing range values
    1. The minimum and the maximum limits correspond to the range to be displayed. The minimum and the maximum values in the upper columns are given after the search for a plausible range of the coordinate variable among the presently available vertices.
    2. The step value affects on the scale of the coordinates in the diagram. In the two dimensional chemical potential diagram, the scale corresponding to the current step value will appear in the frame. In the three dimensional chemical potential diagram, the step value appears as the distance of the mesh frame.
    3. The display factors are first automatically determined so as to display the obtained diagram within the display panel. This can be changed so as to obtain proper scaling.

  2. Hint (Option for the next calculations)
    To top
    1. Checking 'Keep Limits' box makes it possible to compare the different diagrams in the same scale.
    2. Checking 'Keep Display Factor' makes it possible to obtain the diagram scaled in the same manner among the different conditions.

  3. Display Factor of Two Dimensional Diagram
    To top
The Diagram Range to be displayed is usually determined automatically by considerations on the distributions of vertices in the diagram. As a result, the range for X- and Y-axes are not always compatible. In such a case, the different values for display factor are set so as to give an appropriate width and height of the diagram.

On every reconstruction of the diagram, these display factors will be recalculated.

These values are edited manually in this dialog. Or, you can carry the same values by clicking the options to be shown in the bottom option field.

  4. Modify Scale of Three Dimensional Diagram

Max and Min values for respective axes can be redefined. In addition, the display factor can be also adjustable.

This gives the facility of manipulating the three dimensional diagram by selecting the conversion matrix values.
