The Save Project menu is used to save the contents of the current conditions to disk file (*.gem and *.mcd if Malt Direct file exists).
Please note that the Save Project menu saves only the contents of Cases, some setting parameters and if the data are taken through Malt Direct menu, thermodynamic data file (this is separately saved as *.mcd) . The Save Project menu does not save any calculation results that are easily recalculated after loading the project. The saved file(*.gem) is a text file so that you can see the contents of it by usual text editor.
