User Data Menu Commands in MALT Dialogs in MALT

This option appears only when the compounds in the User DataBase were retrieved and displayed in the compound table by selecting the followings:

Tools > User Data > Read All Data from User File

1. Delete
   • This menu of delete UDB compound is to select and delete those compounds in the user database.
     
2. Save and compile edited user data files.
   • After selecting compounds and ending in this menu, the user database text (*.txt) will be rewrittend and then will be compiled into (*.udb>.
3. Changes in user files
   • Depletion of compounds is made by comment out the corresponding parts in the user database text file (*.txt).
   • In a similar manner to those compouds which were revised and commented out, the recovery of such parts cannot be made inside the MALT system. To recover such parts, it is essential to edit the user text file(*.txt) directly using appropriated software for editing text files.
