Manipulate the Diagram

(1) Kinds of Manupulation
To manipulate the diagram displayed, the following functions can be used:

1. Location of Diagram relative to the Panel size
   
   The Selection of locating the diagram in the display panel is made among [Diagram Size] options:
   1. Maximize :
      
      This displays the diagram in its maximized size. Display area is determined from the relative size of the height and the width of the display panel. Whenever the size of the display panel is changed, the diagram is redraw to keep the maximum size.
      Diagram > Diagram Size > Maximize
   2. Standard :
      
      Appropriate ratio of the width and height is automatically calculated. In the procedure of optimizing the ratio, the display factors for respective coordinate axes are determined.
      

      Diagram > Diagram Size > Standard

   3. Arbitrary :
      
      User can define the drawing area by using mouse manipulation.
      

      	Diagram > Diagram Size > Arbitrary
      	Diagram > Display Mode > Move Location

2. Redraw: Correct Relative Positions between diagram and legend.
   
   In some cases, the drawing of diagram and legend leads to some unexpected overlap etc. In such a case, redrawing will be needed to ensure the proper positioning of diagram and legend.
   This can be made by changing slightly conditions of constructing diagrams;
   1. Change the Form size:
      
      When the size of the display panel is changed, the drawing procedures will be repeated agin and in many times, the location of legend will be readjusted.
   2. Change Diagram Details:
      

      Diagram > Diagram Details

   3. Change Location for diagram, title, coordinate name, and legend.
      

      Diagram > Display Mode > Move Location

3. Change Size or Location of diagram:
   When the diagram will be copied to file or clipboard, the size of copied diagram depends of the original diagram which is mainly determined by the display panel size.
   
   1. Change Diagram Display Panel
      
   2. Change Relative size of diagram to the Panel size: Zoom;
      

      	Diagram > Diagram Size > Zoom Down
      	Diagram > Diagram Size > Zoom up

   3. Change Relative Position of diagram to the Panel: Change Location;
      

      Diagram > Display Mode > Move Location

   4. Change Relative Position of diagram tp the panel: Zoom +-
      
      The clicking point becomes the central point of the display panel.

      Diagram > Diagram Size > Zoom +-

   5. Recover the original default position;
      The diagram will be placed at the default position.

   6. Keep the Diagram size on changing the Display panel size.
      

      Diagram > Diagram Size > Diagram Stayon

4. Focusing on particular polygons or compounds/species
   
   Since Colors of polygons to be displayed are detemined by the specified options, it will be convenient to prepare some functions of specifying some particular species/compounds by changin colors or tranparency.
   
   1. Specification of colors depending on species/compounds;

      By selecting a particular compound, the polygon color, brightness, and brush style can be specified for this species/compound. This will be kept unless other option for colors will be adopted.

      Change Pen Color on Lengend Profile

      Similar specification can be made on lines in the profile diagram.
   2. Focusing on selected species/compounds:
      
      This can be made by focusing species/compounds or by focusing the particular facet and its associated polygon;

      Transparent on / off on Lengend Plane

      The display mode turns to be the touch diagram in which the clicking on the compound/species name in the legend leads to the change in transparency of the target species/compound.

      Focus on / off on Lengend Profile

      The display mode turns to be the touch diagram in which the clicking on the compound/species name in the legend leads to the change in color of the target species between the red color on focus and the preselected color out of focus.

      A similar effect on swiching between transparency on and off can be made by clicking on the particular compound line in the list.
      
5. Readjustment of coordinates range
   
   This can be made on any type of diagrams.

6. Manupulation of 3D diagram
   
   1. Selection among default settings
      

      Diagram > Diagram Details

   2. Rotation
      

      Diagram > Rotation

   3. Transparent on off;
   4. Dissection
