This tool bar contains tool buttons for Zoom related operations.

  1. Zooming processes consist of two things; change in zoom factor and position.
    1. Zoom factor changes from 100 to 2000 and its initial value is equals to 100.
    2. Position is defined by X for horizontal scale and by Y for vertical scale. Respective values can change from 0 to 1000 and the initial value is 500. These are relative values to the display pnael size.

  2. Zooming can be therefor controlled by several methods;
    1. Toolbuttons and mouse clicking : one of the zoom related buttons is selected and then click will be made on an appropriate point. The clicked point in the diagram moves to the center of ther panel. Correspondingly, the positions of X and Y in the scrollbar are changed. The adopted factor depends on the buttons. The factor value is also changed stepwisely.
    2. Editing Factor: Direct editing the factor edit field or scrolling the factor bar.
    3. Change Position: Direct operation of the horizontal scroll bar or the vertical scroll bar. Or editing numerically the X or the Y spin edits.

  3. In order to return back to the previous state concerning zooming process, tow additional tool buttons are prepared, that is, initial and default.

  4. Position of Legend: When zoom process is going on, the position of legend is also changed in a similar manner. When the large zoom factor is adopted, the position of legend becomes outside the display window. If the legend should be within the displaying window, the option of "Stay within panel" should be selected in General Options page of the [CHD Options ] Dialog by menu of Project > CHD Options or (3) Polygon Color page in [Diagram Action Form] by menu of Diagram > Color Details.
