When SubMenu: Delete Compounds was selected and some compounds were registered as out of targets (exclude after retrieval), this menu provides a function of editing such compounds. Those registered as out of targets can be cancelled here.
Those compounds which are selected as out of targets from Compound Table will appear here in the Out of Targets Form.
Compound name, state at 298 K, valid temperature range will be given together with name of the database and registered number. When target database is the MALT main database, no name and no number is given whereas for the user database, the file name and number are given.
- When "Removal" botton is clicked, the high lighted compound will disappear out fo the list.
- When "OK" button is clicked, the procedure of excluding those compounds will be validated and this session will be ended.
- When "Cancel" button is clicked, the whole procedure will be cancelled and the original list will be validated again.
When User data text file (*.txt) will be compiled later, this list of out of Targets will be examined.
When the number and the compound name are not changed, the compound will be saved, whereas difference was recognized, this information will be discarded.
Therefore, it is recommended to organize the compound system whenever the registration of Out of Targets will be changed.
